Why don't certain AU’s show up?

Hi all,
I’m just wondering why some of my AU’s don’t get detected? Nanologue is one of them. Is this a problem with the AU or with NS2/

    Nanologue isn’t Au (AUv3) I think it is only IIA (inter app audio) which is not a supported plugin format of NS2
