Now I'm really looking forward to more developers finally doing the switch from IAA to AUv3.
I know iVCS3 with AUv3 is also imminent. This is also awesome!

Axon 2 was always AUv3. The new development is only that it now has working AU midi out ... which is pretty cool.
... except, I don’t think there’s any way to get midi out working in NS2 since it can only be loaded as an instrument, not a midi FX.
I meant AUv3 with MIDI out. Sorry for that.
But the point of the post was to inject a bit of optimism into the forum who are down on the lack of IAA. But I remember when many of the other now more mature iOS DAW's were released, many of the features we now take for granted weren’t included. They came with updates within a few months. Cubasis on he other hand I remember being fairly robust, but then it’s Steinberg who are a big company.
So yes. I made a mistake, and my excuse was having been drinking rum- so I was a bit 'happy'.
Happy, but not so far gone as to be slap happy. OK, that’s alright then.
That was… unexpected. In so many ways.
