Love the energy in this track @Cray23 ! Fantastic job.

Oh Wow @Cray23 ! This is awesome! Love the groove, lush synths....and that bass! So no nice. What is Stark?
-
Thank you @Cray23 !
-
Very cool track @dendy! Loving it. Those synth sounds are super rich and powerful.
-
@tristan that was "pizzicato strings" from iSymphonic.
-
Thank you! And I'm happy to advertise why NS2 on the iPhone is so awesome....Everyone should know!
-
Thank you everyone for the kind words! And thank you @dendy for the link to vocalizr. Will definitely check that out!
-
Thank you for the kinds words @Cray23, @Stiksi and @SlapHappy !

Thank you everyone!

@Cray23 and @SlapHappy Thank you!

Thank you!

Ahh. So I have top purchase AB3 first. Thought I'd get away clean without having purchase that one. I may just wait for NS2 to get updated to handle it natively. Getting plenty of good results using DigiStix for kits and effects in NS2 and playing in the beats via a MIDI controller.
-
Okay. I've not gotten the AUM workaround working for me yet. Do AUM and NS2 sync up? I'm not terribly adept with AUM at the moment.
-
Got it. Thanks! I really don't want to get a newer (i.e. bigger and no headphone jack) phone, but I may need to head that direction... Sigh.
-
Will this Midiflow app also allow me to record MIDI from EG Pulse or DigiStix in NS2? Or am I comparing apples and oranges here?
-
Thanks @Will . I'll give that a try with AUM.
-
Thanks all!
-
@SlapHappy Thanks for the kind words! Excited to get started on my NS2 track.

Setting knob 2 to the sustain pedal in Obsidian creates some odd audio effects. It basically retriggers the sound entirely rather than sustaining it from where it was.
-
Sweet! Perforator is one of my favorite effects (and I usually use it with Kosmonaut). Hadn't loaded it up yet in NS2, but it was only a matter of time.
-
@"Blip Interactive" Thank you for that. I'm going to try this as soon as I get home. That said, being able to use the sustain pedal for the Auv3 plugins will be super helpful. In the NS1 days, when recording a piano part, workflow involved using the app with the piano recording into NS1 via Audiobus, so I could simply…

2nd-ing or 3rd-ing this. Even GB lets me access the mod wheel of Auv3 instruments without needing to assign any MIDI mappings. Synthmaster One, in particular, pretty much requires use of the mod wheel to get the different textures of sounds. Really missing it in NS2.
-
Indeed. I believe this was a feature request from me in the NS1 days. Sustain pedal is sorely needed.
-
Depends on which app you prefer to mix in. I use Auria for mastering a final single .wav file for the entire NS mix, as I prefer to do my mixing in NS (and mixdown/bounce to the single .wav file in NS to be used in Auria.)
-
I had to used the Korg BLE MIDI app as well to get my Micro Air working last night. Once it was connected it worked like a charm.
-
@Jeppan74 I had to do that, too. Bit the bullet last weekend.
-
I've got Rozeta but have never used it. Now that I'm up and running with NS2 I need to figure out what all it does and what I can do with it.
-
I take it SPA is an Auv3 FX and not an Auv3 Instrument, yes? If so it'll show up in a different place than the Auv3 instruments.

But the old regulars are coming back...
